EDM DRILLING
Gravitás 2000 Ltd. uses modern EDM drilling equipment (Sodick) for the drilling of small and medium serie, complex machine parts and tools. These are mostly produced for the general machine industry, and the medical equipment industry.
Optimally, the equipment is used for the drilling of hard parts with a volume of 200 x 300×300 mm. Gravitás 2000 Ltd. makes regular upgrades to its tool supply and ensures a consistently high quality of tool-based machinings by the way of planned maintenance.
Our premium category equipment, as well as our highly skilled professionals allow us to achieve the optimal preparation and cycle times when implementing the drilling of complex geometries and complicated surfaces.
We can also satisfy special geometric needs and implement the machining of spatial bored hole positions by using CAD/CAM systems, as well as 5-axis equipment. Prior to the material removal, we use the applied design software in order to check the tool path and the result of the machining process.
