MICRO MACHINING
Gravitas 2000 Ltd uses modern micro-milling (Roku-Roku), EDM drilling (Sodick), and multi-axis milling (YASDA) devices for the machining of small and medium serie, small-sized precision machine parts and inserts. These are mostly produced for the general machine industry and the medical industry.
The smallest applicable drilling tool is ¢ 0.05 mm, the smallest milling tool is ¢ 0.2 mm and the equipment can optimally be used for the machining of features occurring on parts with a maximum volume of 200 x 200×200 mm.
