PART PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY
The most predominant activity of Gravitás 2000 Ltd. is the single, as well as small and medium batch production of machine parts, units and prototypes. Within that, we lay the emphasis on the manufacturing of precision parts.

We ensure the heat-treatment, the surface coating of the parts, as well as the manufacturing of special, semi-finished products through external cooperations and we are also able to produce PVD-based hard coating. We deliver our products with a quality certificate, in accordance with ISO standards.
Assembly
Our tool manufacturing department undertakes the production of highly elaborate, small and medium sized plastic injection moulding and blow molding tools. Based on the parts’ and tools’ 3D computer models, we also prepare the necessary documentation using the CAD/CAM system. For tool machining we use tailored MEUSSBURGER, HASCO and DME standard tool elements. The production is supported by sinker and wire EDM machines, CNC high speed milling and turning-milling machines, as well as laser machining centers. Milling and high-speed milling of the tool cavities also contributes to reduced lead-times and thus to an increase in efficiency.
