The high standard, universal machine park of Gravitás 2000 Ltd. provides an excellent opportunity for the production of one-of-a-kind precision devices and equipment using special technologies.
Owing to the wide variety of single-purpose machines, assembly equipment and devices, as well as to our 20-year experience in producing them, we are able to successfully fulfil the needs of our extensive clientele. When it comes to our processes, the safety, traceability and compliance with environmental regulations are ensured by the quality assurance systems (ISO 9001:2008, MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005) in place.
Equipment produced by Gravitás 2000 Ltd. is characterized by its longevity and safety, its robust design, a high level of abrasion resistance and a minimal need for maintenance.
We have produced machinery that has been performing well for the past 12 years in a double shift system and without any major renovations (the forwarding system made of special, tempered steel still operates with its original elements).
We tailor the manufacturing of our equipment to individual needs and we apply the principle of turnkey delivery. We deliver the mechanical structures with control technique (OMRON, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens), incorporating PLCs and industrial PCs, as well as communication options according to the client’s wishes, potentially with built-in servo gear.
The main goal of the machinery design team is to create simple, strong and long-lasting equipment and devices. We will gladly take on projects aimed at the design and manufacturing of high-risk, complex equipment; we take part in experiments and developmental processes.
