LASER MARKING

Gravitas 2000 Ltd. uses state-of-the-art laser marking equipment (Thinklaser, FOBA) for the marking, engraving and laser surface-structuring of small and medium serie machine parts. These are mostly produced for the general machine industry and the medical industry. Optimally, the equipment is used for 4 to 300mm long parts.

The laser marking technology can be successfully used to create long-lasting logos, inscriptions and decorative patterns:

  • in the case of flat, low-curvature surfaces,
  • contactless machining, low heat,
  • resistant to passivation and cleaning supplies

The equipment is suitable for the machining of complex geometries and for achieving the optimal preparation and cycle times if laser marking, engraving, surface structuring or milling is being implemented.

We can also satisfy special geometric needs and implement the machining of spatial bored hole positions by using CAD/CAM systems.
