CNC MILLING
Gravitás 2000 Ltd. uses state-of-the-art, 3 to 5 axis equipment (YASDA, DMG/Mori, Matsuura, EDEL, Mazak, Mori-Seiki, Roku-Roku, Enshu, Doosan) for the machining of small and medium serie machine parts. These are mostly produced for the general machine industry, the energy production sector, as well as for the tool manufacturing and medical industry. Optimally, the equipment is used for the machining of 4 to 3000mm long parts. Gravitás 2000 Ltd. makes regular upgrades to its tool supply and ensures a consistently high quality of tool-based machinings by the way of planned maintenance.
The equipment is suitable for the machining of complex geometries and complicated surfaces and for achieving the optimal preparation and cycle times when implementing 3 or 5-axis milling, drilling, turning, boring and engraving.
We can also satisfy the need for special geometric, simultaneous machining by using CAD/CAM systems. Prior to the material removal, we use the applied design software in order to check the tool path and the result of the machining process.
